Good questions. Clear answers.

What to know about saving vehicle history, documents and future Torq Desk capabilities.

Is Torq Desk a government vehicle database?

No. It is an organisational tool for records entered or uploaded by the account holder. It does not replace official government records.

Are saved service records automatically verified?

Do not assume that a record is verified just because it appears in your account. Check each entry against your invoices, documents and service provider.

Can I keep RC, insurance and PUC documents together?

The current app includes a document area intended for vehicle-related files. Supported file types and upload limits are controlled by the current implementation.

Are workshop job cards and garage CRM available?

No. The workshop workspace is a roadmap feature and is marked Coming soon.

Can I purchase a paid plan now?

No. Pricing is a placeholder for planning and paid-plan checkout is not enabled.

Who can access my data?

Use your account securely and only upload information you are authorised to store. See the Privacy Policy for the current description of data handling. Do not treat marketing language as a substitute for reviewing actual service settings.

Can I share my vehicle history publicly?

A secure, revocable, read-only share link is on the roadmap. Do not assume public sharing is available unless the app explicitly provides that feature.

Can Torq Desk reports replace original documents?

No. Keep original documents and verify any generated report before using it for sale, insurance, legal or government processes.
