1. Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, information may include account details, vehicle identifiers and specifications, service records, expenses, uploaded vehicle documents, insurance/PUC details and support messages.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to provide account access, save and display vehicle records, manage document uploads, generate reports, support the service, protect against abuse and diagnose technical problems.
3. Infrastructure providers
The service is designed to use Supabase for authentication and database services and Cloudflare services for API delivery and file storage. The actual regions, retention settings, backups and encryption configuration must be checked in the deployed accounts. These providers may process data to deliver the service.
4. Sharing and disclosure
Torq Desk does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers or disclosed where required by law, to protect users and the service, or to respond to a valid legal request. Do not assume a public vehicle-history sharing feature is available until it is explicitly shipped.
5. Security
We use account authentication and access controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords or sensitive vehicle documents over ordinary email. Security and retention details depend on the current production configuration.
6. Retention and your choices
Keep your own copies of important documents. In-app data export and complete account deletion are planned capabilities; do not assume they are available until they appear in the app. For assistance, contact [email protected].

Torq Desk is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorisation.
