1. Using Torq Desk
Torq Desk helps you organise vehicle information, service history, maintenance costs, documents, reminders and reports. Use the service lawfully and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
2. Your account and security
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share passwords or upload information you do not have permission to store.
3. Your records and privacy
Your vehicle records are private to your account. Torq Desk does not sell, rent, or share your personal or vehicle information with other people or organisations for their own use. Only you, after signing in, can view and access invoices, service records, insurance and PUC files, registration documents, and other vehicle-related documents saved in your private garage.
Limited service providers may process or store information only as needed to host, secure, maintain, and deliver Torq Desk. Information may also be preserved or disclosed where required by applicable law or to address security abuse.
4. Data location and security
Torq Desk is designed for India-focused vehicle ownership. Actual data residency depends on the regions configured with hosting, database, backup and file-storage providers. The India-first label is not a guarantee that every processing operation or backup is physically located in India unless separately confirmed. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Documents and reports
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter or upload. Generated reports are organisational aids and are not a substitute for original documents, official government records, professional advice or required verification. Keep copies of important originals and verify sale paperwork, including Form 29/30, before use.
6. Acceptable use and availability
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious material or violate another person’s rights. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Maintain your own copies of critical records.
